Job/ Role Description 

This position involves assisting with and undertaking (but not limited to) the following tasks:

Investment Research:  

• • Screening for and evaluating potential investment opportunities
  • Conducting in-depth industry and business analyses
  • Monitoring existing portfolio investments
  • Financial statement analysis, data collection and financial/ valuation modeling

Investment Management/Other:

• • Based on performance and progress, manage your own company proprietary portfolio of investments               
  • Backup and support, any special projects, tasks, if and as needed  

Compensation & Benefits  

• Base Pay: Competitive Compensation (depending on skills/ background/experience)
• Bonus A (Year 1 onwards): A variable year-end bonus, based on company and personal performance
• Bonus B (Year 2 or 3 onwards): Manage prop portfolio-profit share based on performance. Conditions apply  
• Vacation Benefits: 15 paid days/ year (pro-rata as applicable) and 24 days/ year of WFH flexibility, in addition to company official holidays  

Desired Profile/ Application Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s (Minimum) with CFA Level 3 (completed or about to write), or MBA/MS in Finance  
• Comfortable working with numbers, enjoys investing and extensive reading and research  
• Experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and investment research
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong work ethic, team player, diligence, and good communication skills
• Agreeable to background verification and checks
