Overview:
We are seeking an Analyst with demonstrated stock-picking insights and a notable passion for fundamental investing. The ideal candidate will have experience with the technology-oriented industries which increasingly dominate U.S. equity markets. We anticipate that the Analyst will primarily work with Dana’s Unconstrained and Large Growth Equity Strategies, although the candidate should be prepared to support all of Dana’s equity strategies. Flexibility, drive and cultural fit will be important in Dana’s small firm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Fundamental analysis of U.S. companies, including industry and company deep dives, evaluations of products and services, management assessments, and any other exogenous factors which are likely to influence the fundamental outlook
- Financial modeling
- Valuation analysis
- Trading support
- Ad hoc performance attribution and tracking of portfolio characteristics
- Marketing and sales support as needed
- Occasional travel in furtherance of other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
5-10 years of investing experience, although the role is open to other levels of experience should the candidate demonstrate impressive insights, drive and cultural fit
Bachelors’ degree required
CFA, MBA or other relevant certifications preferred
Greater Milwaukee area location preferred
