A New York–based healthcare services organization is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Strategic Partnerships to support the expansion of its healthcare services and emerging business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment and enjoys building scalable growth strategies across healthcare services and technology-enabled solutions.
The Vice President of Growth and Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for:

Leading enterprise-wide growth and expansion initiatives across existing service lines and new business ventures

Developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies to drive market expansion and service adoption

Identifying, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships with payers, providers, and healthcare organizations

Collaborating cross-functionally to support integrated, tech-enabled care delivery models

Evaluating new market opportunities and supporting the launch and scaling of emerging initiatives

Serving as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership and key external stakeholders
Compensation: Competitive executive-level compensation, targeted in the $250,000�$350,000 range, commensurate with experience. Bonus and/or long-term incentives may apply. Full benefits.
Requirements
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business development, or strategic operations within healthcare, health services, or health technology

Proven experience navigating payer, provider, and healthcare services ecosystems

Demonstrated success building partnerships and scaling new business initiatives

Strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities

Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills
Preferred:

Background in healthcare strategy consulting, payer strategy, provider operations, or healthcare services growth

Experience with value-based care, integrated care models, or tech-enabled healthcare delivery

MBA or other advanced degree preferred
