Interim Critical Care Director – RN | South Charleston, WV
Specialty: Critical Care Leadership – ICU/CVICU
Location: South Charleston, West Virginia
Contract: 13 Weeks
Estimated Pay: $4,652–$4,747/week
We are seeking an experienced Interim Critical Care Director to provide leadership and oversight for the ICU, CVICU, and future SICU.
Requirements
- Active RN experience with 2–5 years of Nurse Manager or Director-level leadership experience
- BSN required
- MSN or MBA preferred
- Clinical and/or leadership experience in Medical ICU and CVICU
- CCRN
- Strong knowledge of quality and patient outcomes, including CLABSI, CAUTI, VAP, and Sepsis
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards
The Interim Critical Care Director will oversee critical care operations across the ICU and CVICU while supporting the development and integration of the future SICU. This leader will focus on patient outcomes, quality initiatives, staff performance, operational efficiency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creating consistency across critical care service lines.
