Role Responsibilities

• The jobholder will have to work in full and close liaison with the members of the Tax Department providing a first quality support in the following areas:
• Support in the preparation of all Compliance related to Corporate Income Tax
• Provide excellent support to the Tax Department in several areas:

• • Support in the preparation of the Reporting Packages for the entities in the EMEA Region, considering the tax computation in both local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Support on preparation of Tax charge and cash forecast control and analysis
  • Assistance in the preparation of the Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Support in tax audits and any other special tax projects
  • Assistance in collecting and preparing the information for international tax compliance (CFC rules, CBCR, Pilar two, etc.)
  • Responsible for the preparation of 720 Spanish tax form for employees subject to this requirement because of the business.
  • Responsible for the form 345.
  • Assistance to the team regarding indirect taxes.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks in the Tax Department (management of payment to vendors, etc.)

§ Education/Experience

• • University Degree, preferable in Law, Administration, or Economics.

• • MBA in Taxation, experience in tax area or multinational environments (1-2 years) would be a plus

§ Languages

Fluent English, able to communicate both in writing and verbally
§ Mobility
