The Company's technology enables physicians to provide advanced solutions for a broad range of medical-aesthetic application including hair removal, wrinkle reduction, tattoo removal, improving the skin's appearance through the treatment of benign vascular and pigmented lesions, and the treatment of acne, leg veins, scarring and other common indications.Candela develops products for the global aesthetic market. These products begin as concepts developed by Candela's world-class team of scientists and engineers or as acquired or licensed technologies. These programs are supported by Candela's global business unit, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams and are managed through our Product Development Process (PDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).
The Company's headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, with an additional R&D facility in Yokneam, Israel and commercial locations across Asia Pacific, and Europe. Products are sold direct in 18 countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 others and are supported by field sales, field service, clinical education and marketing organizations.
General Summary
The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, KOL Relationships, and Sales Enablement leads the development and execution of Candela's portfolio plans designed to drive capital equipment and consumable sales in alignment with Candela's annual financial objectives. This role is accountable for the alignment of the corporate strategy to define local product positioning, and crafting messaging. Responsibilities also include enabling sales teams and establishing competitive differentiation. Marketing plans must specifically address key HCP and MedSpa segments, with tactical programs tailored to these audiences, as well as the creation of practice-level marketing assets to support patient outreach -ultimately fostering market adoption, accelerating commercial growth, and strengthening brand leadership. This is an individual contributor position.
Primary Responsibilities
1.Product Marketing: Approach, Positioning, and Messaging (40%)
• Own product documentation for sales & marketing, descriptions, product claims, efficacy and competitive performance in alignment with the corporation's direction
• Develop product approach for product launches, line extensions, promotions, and campaigns
• Build clear, compelling market positioning and messaging that differentiates in a highly competitive aesthetic landscape in alignment with annual financial targets
• Partner with Channel Marketing (Paid Ads, Search, Email, Events, and KOLs) to coordinate multi-channel execution across target segments and customer archetypes
2.Sales and Clinical Enablement (30%)
• Build high-impact sales and clinical materials, including sell sheet, product/patient brochure, in-clinic video, objection handling, Voice/Journey for Japan based on the corporate product marketing direction
• Conduct product training for reps
• Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
3.KOL Management (30%)
• Develop KOLs relationships and sustain relationships to build customer lifetime value (CLV)
• Foster rising star physicians to build CLV
• Find appropriate speakers to conduct effective online/offline events and create clinical materials
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, clinical; MBA (preferred)
2. 3+ years in product marketing or clinical work
3. 2+ years sales enablement/training
4. Familiarity of AI Platforms
Essential Job Requirements
1. Proven success in launching and scaling B2B and B2C products in the aesthetics industry
2. Demonstrated business acumen - ability to identify, plan and deliver on annual operating plan (AOP) targets and business objectives
3. Thorough clinical knowledge of aesthetic products (capital and injectable) and brand management
4. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills; exhibits conceptual and critical thinking capability to solve complex problems
5. Lead multiple projects, self-motivated and entrepreneurial with strong multi-tasking skills; organized and attentive to details; high level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards
6.Conversant in the English language, excellent verbal/written communication; exhibits excellent proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint programs, SalesForce platform
