Description
International Business - Senior Institutional Sales Key Responsibilities• Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, portfolio managers, and consultants.
• Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, and expanding the client base within assigned regions or sectors.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Crafting and executing strategic plans to meet revenue goals, including preparing pitch books, proposals, and handling contract negotiations.
• Client Solutions & Advice: Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Collaboration: Working with internal teams (investment, product, capital markets, marketing) to ensure product alignment and client satisfaction.
• Market Monitoring: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience: 10 years+ experience covering Asian institutional clients (asset owners + managers) and promoting Asian ETFs / passive investment solutions to institutional clients
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, especially of ETF products & ecosystem, and regulatory environments.
• Competencies: Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
