Description
Western Veterinary Partners seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead multi-site veterinary practice operations across our growing network. Based from Denver with travel, this role oversees regional leaders, drives clinic performance, and ensures consistent, high-quality client and patient experiences. You will develop and execute operational strategies, standardize processes, optimize P&L performance, and support practice-level leadership. Partner closely with clinical leaders to balance medical excellence with business results, champion culture, and lead change across a collaborative, mission-driven organization.Lead multi-site veterinary practice operations across a regional network
Develop and execute operational strategy, KPIs, and performance plans
Oversee and coach regional and practice-level leadership teams
Drive P&L performance, budgeting, and financial optimization for clinics
Standardize and improve workflows, processes, and operating procedures
Partner with clinical leadership to align medical quality with business goals
Lead change management and integration for new partner practices
Monitor client experience, operational quality, and compliance with standards
Use data and analytics to inform decisions and continuous improvement
Foster a collaborative, people- and pet-focused culture across locations
