Job Title: Project Controls Support

Job Status: 5 full-time, exempt positions

Job Location: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) and the Hanford Site in Richland, WA. 

Citizenship Status: U.S. citizen

Security Clearance: Public Trust

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 - compensation based on relevant educational background, years of work-related professional experience, consulting/oversight experience and technical and operational skills knowledge and application.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Hanford Site mission, activities and priorities
• In-depth knowledge of US Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford processes and procedures
• Proficient in DOE's program management practices, policies and procedures
• Senior-level experience in the following areas:
  • Quantity Development Package process in Bechtel National Inc.'s (BNI's) and Hanford Tank Waste Operations and Closure (H2C) estimating procedures
  • Rate buildup including Project Services, Shared Services and fee within BNI Requests for Equitable Adjustment
  • Hanford Site contractor forward pricing rates
  • BNI and H2C contract
  • Integration with other project controls functions including scheduling and risk management
  • Cobra and Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling software
• Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn and utilize, various technology management tools used at Hanford
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office 365
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Word and Excel
