Taikang Asset Management (HK) Co., Ltd. ("TKAMCHK") is a 100% subsidiary of TKAMC, now TKAMCHK is looking for professionals who have good understanding of the asset management or financial services industry, and capability of coping effectively with the changing environment to join our rapidly growing team.Product Vice President
Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy - Assist to develop/provide input to and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Product Monitoring - Manage the product lifecycle, including the execution of market plans (revenue goals, product positioning, competitive analysis, target segments, use cases, marketing materials, sales training)
- Product Marketing -
- Prepare for and present new product initiatives at different committee and/or meeting
- Operate as a subject matter expert on new products, changes to existing products or newly introduced product features, to support local and regional sales and marketing efforts
- Work with external and internal stakeholders such as Research, Sales & Marketing to understand market needs and continue to drive innovation
- Product Development -
- Keep abreast of local regulatory and industry developments and upcoming changes to global product ranges that may impact the local fund range
- Collaborate with Research and Compliance to define product requirements, resolve product issues, and deliver new products or enhancements
- Research and analyze current market trends and products to provide supporting documents in products implementation
- Stakeholder Coordination -
- Liaise with internal key stakeholders, external legal counsel and regulatory authorities for new fund registrations and product management matters
- Maintain regular communication with the group to support cross-functional projects to improve product offering
- Account Monitoring - Support key client engagement. Participating in client consultations to understand client needs and/or product opportunities
Job Requirements
- MS or MBA in Finance/Financial Engineering/Economics major. CFA, CAIA preferred
- At least 5-7 years' relevant experience in product structuring within asset management companies.
- Experience in a client facing environment providing customer support, integration and implementation services
- Demonstrate achievement in driving product revenue success
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed knowledge in SFC regulations on fund products and marketing materials
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
