Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking, tech-driven individuals with a passion for data and cutting-edge technologies to join our fast-growing Data Organization and help us scale and guides the development, lifecycle, and strategy of our data product suite. This will cover the Nexius Data Platform, analytics tools and our agentic solutions. This role will be the act as a bridge between product, data governance data science teams, engineers, and the wider business to deliver actionable, AI-led data solutions.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Roadmap:

• Support the Head of Data Strategy with developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, iteration, and decommissioning. Establish clear product requirements, success metrics (KPIs), and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement. Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and sustainability of data solutions.

Data Quality & Governance:

• Collaborating closely with the Head of Data Excellence, own and manage the platform that is used manage data quality standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across data products. Partner with engineering and governance teams to ensure data is accurate, reliable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Lead on the expansion of coverage by developing AI-led solutions for the derivation and implementation of data.

Data Product Design & Delivery:

• Work closely with product, engineering and data teams to design scalable, user-centric data products.

Data & AI Culture & Advocacy:

• Champion a data-driven culture and AI-led innovation across the organization by encouraging best practices in data usage, literacy, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology roles, including significant time in data product management, data platforms, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex data products end-to-end, with strong product thinking, roadmap ownership, and demonstrated business impact.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-driven products, including familiarity with model development lifecycles, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices (e.g., model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, performance tracking).
• Strong technical foundation with prior experience in data engineering, software engineering, or similar. Solid understanding of data architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and modern data stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, data warehouses, pipelines).
• Experience defining and scaling data platforms, including data modelling, data pipelines, metadata management, and enabling self-service analytics.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and aligning across diverse teams.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory considerations (e.g., GDPR), with experience embedding these into product design.
• Experience working in agile environments, managing backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering iterative value through cross-functional teams.

Education/Certifications

• MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience in a private markets discipline.
