Description

• Define and lead the overall product strategy and vision for the Wealth Management product portfolio, covering equities, fixed income, money market instruments, mutual funds, structured products, digital assets, and lending & credit products
• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and client needs
• Lead product innovation initiatives to develop differentiated, market-leading wealth solutions and digital capabilities
• Oversee full product lifecycle management (ideation, design, launch, enhancement, and retirement) across all wealth products
• Partner closely with investment, advisory, sales, digital, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Translate complex client requirements and market opportunities into scalable product features and propositions
• Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
• Drive digital platform enablement, enhancing client journeys across onboarding, portfolio management, trading, and engagement
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a strong product culture and execution discipline
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership, providing strategic insights on market trends, product performance, and growth opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in wealth management, product management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong domain expertise across wealth products including equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and alternative/digital assets
• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps at a regional or enterprise level
• Solid understanding of wealth management client journeys, investment advisory processes, and portfolio construction
• Experience in digital platform development and transformation within wealth or private banking environments
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory landscape (SFC, HKMA) and global wealth product governance
• Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to build and scale product teams
• Commercially driven mindset with experience managing product P&L, revenue growth, and client outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile product development, data-driven decision-making, and modern product practices
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English is a must; Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is desired.
