A 5 Hospital System in the Atlanta, GA market, is expanding our team again and we are looking to add several strong physician practice operations leaders. The Physician Practice Manager role is a director level equivalent leader within the organization who will provide operational and financial leadership to multiple physician practices across the Physician Enterprise Network. The leader will develop strong working relationships with all assigned physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff within their assigned practices and help implement organizational priorities. Strong executive presence is required and prior experience working in an ambulatory practice environment is strongly preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required or Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience or 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, Multi-specialty and multi-location physician practice organization. Master's degree preferred.

Under the direction and supervision of Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between the Hospital physician practices and the Hospital, assuring compliance of Northside policies and procedures, and maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment. Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
Requirements
REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required OR associate’s degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience OR 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, Multi-specialty and multi-location physician practice organization.
2. Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
5. Evidence of teaching skills.
PREFERRED:
1. MHA or MBA preferred.
