Skills and Competencies

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Customer Service, or a related field
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors (Workwise), SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred

Education

• MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
The People Connect Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality service, processing transactions accurately, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries through designated support channels
• Process HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding
• Manage and resolve cases within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver positive employee experience

About the Team
Our People Connect team is responsible for delivering frontline HR support and employee lifecycle services to employees and managers across Moody's globally. We serve as a trusted partner by providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and people-related processes while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Our team contributes to Moody's by:

• Providing timely and accurate support on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding
• Ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence across HR processes and systems
• Partnering with stakeholders across the People functions to enhance employee experience and drive continuous process improvements
