Description

Lifespace Communities seeks a Manager Strategy and Business Development to drive growth across our senior living communities. In this role, you will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and demographic data to identify new service lines, partnerships, and expansion opportunities in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build business cases, support strategic planning, and track key performance metrics. Collaborating with leaders, you will translate insights into actionable plans that strengthen mission impact, resident experience, and long-term financial sustainability.
Analyze market, demographic, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
Develop business cases and financial models for new services and partnerships
Support enterprise and community-level strategic planning processes
Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement strategic projects
Build and manage strategic partnerships and referral relationships
Track and report key performance indicators and strategic outcomes
Prepare executive presentations and recommendations for leadership
Conduct feasibility studies for expansions, acquisitions, or new programs
Collaborate with operations, finance, and clinical teams on strategic initiatives
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and payer changes impacting senior living
Strategic planning
