Description

Lifespace Communities seeks a Manager Strategy and Business Development to drive growth across our senior living communities. In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate new service lines, and develop business cases that advance our resident-first mission. You will lead strategic planning initiatives, support partnerships and affiliations, and coordinate cross-functional projects with operations, finance, clinical, and marketing teams. The manager will track KPIs, prepare executive-ready presentations, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance occupancy, revenue, and seniors’ quality of life.
Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives across senior living communities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Develop financial models and business cases for new services, programs, and partnerships
Collaborate with operations, clinical, finance, and marketing teams to execute strategic projects
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership
Create executive presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and the board
Support evaluation and integration of partnerships, affiliations, and expansions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance occupancy, revenue, and resident experience
