Description

Lifespace Communities seeks a Manager Strategy and Business Development to drive growth and innovation across our senior living communities. This role leads market research, service line and occupancy growth strategies, and new partnership opportunities in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The manager will analyze market, financial, and competitive data; develop business cases; and support strategic planning at the community and enterprise level. You will collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and marketing teams to implement initiatives that enhance resident experience, strengthen performance, and advance our mission-driven, resident-first culture.
Lead strategic and business development initiatives across senior living communities
Conduct market, competitive, and demographic research to identify growth opportunities
Develop financial models and business cases for new services and partnerships
Support enterprise and community-level strategic planning processes
Collaborate with operations, clinical, finance, and marketing teams on execution
Track performance metrics and report on initiative outcomes and ROI
Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, service lines, and resident experience
Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
Build and manage external relationships with potential partners and stakeholders
Ensure alignment of growth initiatives with mission, values, and resident-first culture
