Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRequired:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
• 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience in infusion therapy or infusion nursing; experience with GLP-1 infusion or
functional medicine infusion a significant plus
• Proven ability to supervise and hold accountable multi-disciplinary teams across different functional roles
• Strong HR and personnel management skills, including performance management, corrective action, and
documentation
• Ability to enforce policies and procedures consistently and professionally
• Ability to commute to / relocate to Lenexa, KS 66215
Strongly Preferred:
• BSN or higher nursing degree; healthcare administration credential or MBA a plus
• Prior experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or other regulated healthcare environment
• Familiarity with GLP-1, BHRT, or compounding pharmacy operations a plus
• Experience managing staff across multiple departments or functional areas simultaneously
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving processes

Work Location & Logistics:
• Full-time on-site position — Lenexa, KS 66215
• Day shift; flexibility to support staggered and/or weekend shifts as operational needs require
• Must be local prior to starting work (within a one-hour daily commute to Lenexa, KS 66215)
