About Us
Dart Management Services Ltd. (DMSL) provides investment management services to entities associated with the well-established Dart family office. With a history of global investments, we are disciplined, long-term value investors.
The Opportunity
An opening exists for a dynamic and curious Investment Analyst to join a small investment team with direct exposure to key decision makers, providing a rare level of visibility and impact. This is a research-led role with a single client, allowing analysts to focus entirely on investment work and the unique ability to build conviction without distraction. The team is well resourced, with the access and flexibility to spend time on deep fundamental analysis. Analysts can engage directly with company management teams, sell-side analysts, and industry experts across a range of sectors.
The Role
You will conduct deep fundamental research across global public equity markets, develop investment theses from scratch, and present well-reasoned recommendations. You will be expected to own your work from initial idea generation through to ongoing portfolio monitoring, and to bring an independent point of view to each idea and recommendation.
Your focus will be on identifying high-quality businesses with durable competitive advantages and the ability to reinvest capital at high rates over the long term. You will be expected to think independently, challenge assumptions where needed, and take ownership of your ideas over time. You will also continuously assess relative value across the portfolio and your broader watchlist as your views evolve.
At Dart Management Services Ltd., we foster a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued, continuous learning is encouraged, and employees are empowered to take ownership of their ideas.
Location
This role is based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, one of the world's premier financial jurisdictions and an exceptional place to live. We offer a stable, professional environment with a quality of life that larger financial centres simply cannot match. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
Benefits: A highly competitive package is offered. At Dart we're committed to creating a workplace where you thrive, offering a competitive salary and benefits designed for your well-being and growth. Our package includes 100% employer-paid medical insurance premium for the employee, employee and employer pension contributions, life insurance and long-term disability coverage (conditions apply), a discretionary bonus, enhanced leave options including, vacation, personal days, maternity, paternity, a wellness screening day and continuing professional development opportunities after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
