About the job German Speaking Executive Assistant to the CEO & Project Manager (on-site)

• Location: Eggenfelden, Germany (100% In-Person, No Remote Option)

To maintain this momentum, we are hiring a proactive Chief of Staff / Senior Project Specialist to work alongside our Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Manage key internal initiatives from initial research and strategic design through final implementation.
• CEO Advisory: Deliver data-informed recommendations to help guide executive decision-making.
• Interdepartmental Alignment: Coordinate functional teams to ensure operational goals are hit on schedule.
• Executive Presentation: Prepare analytical reports, pitch decks, and briefing notes for board members and enterprise partners.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor initiative progress, flag risks early, and deploy immediate solutions.
• Leadership Hub: Serve as the central communication link between executive leadership and departmental leads.
• Operational Efficiency: Audit and refine internal workflows to improve performance.

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C2) and business-fluent English (C1), both verbal and written.
• Academic Background: Master's degree (M.Sc., M.A., MBA, or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field.
• Work History: 3+ years of relevant experience (within a total 2-6 year career footprint) in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or SaaS environments.
• Technical & PM Skills: Expertise in project methodologies alongside strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Location Commitment: Complete willingness to work full-time on-site in Eggenfelden, with occasional business travel.
• Core Qualities: Self-starter mindset, clear communication style, high energy, and strong attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Background as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Strategic Initiative Lead.
• Hands-on experience with modern CRM software.
• Understanding of ISO quality standards and audit compliance.

Hard Requirements

• Must have C2 German fluency.
• Must work 100% on-site in Eggenfelden full-time.
• Must fall within the 2 to 6 year total career experience window.
