Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the Matrix motorcycle battery product line.
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D to align efforts and maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, suppliers, and customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the leadership team to build a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles within the automotive or battery industry.
- Proven track record in managing product lines and driving business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle battery market and related technologies.
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across functions.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives.
