Description
CSL seeks a Director, Regional Ecosystem Lead to drive strategic partnerships and market development for our biotechnology and pharmaceutical portfolio. In this role, you will shape regional ecosystem strategy across healthcare providers, payers, patient organizations, and policy stakeholders to expand access to CSL’s biotherapies, vaccines, and plasma‑derived therapies. You will analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and guide cross‑functional teams in commercial, medical, and market access. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of biotech/pharma markets.Develop and execute regional ecosystem strategy to support CSL’s biotherapies and vaccines
Build and manage relationships with providers, payers, patient groups, and policy influencers
Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and access barriers to inform strategy
Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, medical, and market access teams
Identify and prioritize regional growth opportunities and partnership models
Translate insights into actionable go-to-market and access plans
Track performance against regional objectives and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and alignment across regional teams
Represent CSL’s patient-focused, science-driven culture in external engagements
