Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Director of Operations to lead multi-site operational performance across our network of general practice animal hospitals. Based in Denver, this role drives efficient workflows, staff productivity, and an outstanding client and patient experience. The Director partners closely with clinical leaders to align business operations with high-quality medical care, manages budgets and KPIs, standardizes systems and processes, and leads operational teams. Lead daily operations across partner veterinary practices to ensure efficient, high-quality care and client service
Develop and optimize operational processes, KPIs, and best practices for hospital performance
Partner with clinical leaders to balance medical excellence with business objectives
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operations teams
Implement initiatives to improve patient flow, staff productivity, and client satisfaction
Manage and mentor operations leaders; promote a collaborative, learning-focused culture
Drive standardization and scalability of systems, tools, and workflows across locations
Support integration of new partner practices into the Western Veterinary Partners network
Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to align support services with hospital needs
Monitor regulatory, safety, and compliance standards within operational practices
