TITLE: Director of Case ManagementTHE ROLE: The Director of Case Management is responsible for oversite of quality utilization review, case management, discharge planning and the overall assessment of the patient care received.
The Director will provide leadership to a team of 8, including 6 Case Managers and Social Workers. The Director will help to evaluate the hospitals policies & procedures around Case Management, while helping to establish best practices to ensure the highest level of care, while promoting cost effective outcomes.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN licensure in the State of CA (Or ability to secure)
- Five years Case Management / 3 plus in a leadership (supervisory) role.
- BSN / Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MSN or equivalent) preferred
- Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000
