JOB OVERVIEW:

The Dynasty Investment team is responsible for the delivery and servicing of the investment platform to the Dynasty network of independent financial advisors. Services include Outsourced CIO, portfolio consulting, support, investment product access, technology access, market commentary, capital market transactions, investment committee participation, and more.

The Client Portfolio Manager AVP role will be integral to the Investment Management and Research team. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic person to join our team, focused on supporting the portfolio management process and client coverage. The ideal candidate will have an interest in financial markets and portfolio management and will want to develop a deep understanding and ownership of our products, operational policies, and investment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support client deliverables by preparing detailed proposals for new assets, compiling monthly market and portfolio updates, and handling ad-hoc requests with precision and timeliness to ensure advisors have accurate, actionable information.
• Collaborate with senior team members on investment research and capital market analytics, contributing data-driven insights and supporting the development of portfolio positioning strategies that align with Dynasty's investment philosophy.
• Communicate Dynasty's House View and portfolio positioning, providing context on market outlook and strategic tilts to help advisors articulate the firm's investment philosophy.
• Deliver timely updates on portfolio changes and asset allocation shifts, explaining the rationale behind adjustments and their impact on client portfolios.
• Maintain competitive landscape awareness and articulate product differentiation.
• Support RIA relationships by addressing inquiries and helping ensure adoption of model portfolios.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to quarterly reviews with return and attribution analysis.
• Provide marketing materials and commentary to support RIA business development and client presentations.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in investments, portfolio analytics, or client service.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Series 7 registration preferred but not mandatory.
• Progress toward MBA, CFA, CIMA®, or CAIA designations a plus, but not required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment strategies, capital markets, and portfolio management.
• Experience with financial industry software and analytical tools, such Morningstar Direct, YCharts, FactSet or Bloomberg is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Client focused with a dedication to delivering high quality service.
• Detailed Oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and willingness to take initiatives.
• Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.
