Description
StevenDouglas an executive search firm has partnered with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to find a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join their Executive Team.
According to the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA), health centers are community-based and patient-directed organizations that deliver comprehensive, culturally competent, high-quality primary health care services to the nation’s most vulnerable individuals and families, including people experiencing homelessness, agricultural workers, residents of public housing, and veterans. As a patient centered medical home provider they provide comprehensive healthcare to all individuals. They provide services such as primary care, mental health care, chiropractic, onsite pharmacy and lab services, to meet the needs of their patients. They also provide healthcare services in the community such as patient education, flu shots, and health screenings such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and HIV.
Our client is seeking a passionate, visionary physician leader to serve as their CMO. This is a front-line executive role focused on clinical leadership, quality care and strategic direction. In addition, they need someone who sees medicine as more than a profession, someone driven by purpose, energized by challenge, and committed to improving care in the communities they serve.
