Grifols is seeking an Innovation Strategy Manager to drive growth for ABC Healthcare’s Business Development & Strategic Planning team. In this role, you will identify emerging healthcare trends, evaluate new business models, and build data-driven cases for strategic investments, partnerships, and pilots. You will lead cross-functional projects with clinical, operations, and technology teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational performance. Analyze healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory shifts to identify growth opportunities.
Develop data-driven business cases, financial models, and recommendations for new services, partnerships, and investments.
Lead cross-functional innovation projects from concept through pilot and scale-up.
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology leaders to design solutions that improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
Define and track KPIs to measure impact of innovation initiatives and inform future strategy.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support strategic planning cycles, including portfolio prioritization and roadmap development.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
