Encompass Health seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead overall strategy, operations, and financial performance for its post-acute rehabilitation services. The CEO will drive clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and growth across hospitals and home health locations. Key responsibilities include setting long-term vision, ensuring regulatory and quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. The CEO will mentor leaders, build community and physician partnerships, and advance innovative rehabilitation programs that improve patient outcomes nationwide.
Set and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision in post-acute rehabilitation.
Oversee overall operations, financial performance, and clinical outcomes across facilities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation, and quality standards.
Foster a patient-centered, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
Develop and mentor senior leaders and promote talent development and succession planning.
Drive growth through service line expansion, partnerships, and market development.
Use data and metrics to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
Strengthen relationships with physicians, community partners, and key stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in rehabilitation care.
Represent Encompass Health with the board, investors, and external stakeholders.
