Description

The Business Head — Clinical Proteomics will be the commercial architect of HCG's proteomics centre. You will work alongside the scientific leads to build a business that spans clinical diagnostics, contract research, biopharma partnerships, and biomarker development services. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership.

Requirements

      PhD / MSc with significant experience in proteomics, life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or clinical research 

      MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred

      8–15 years of experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biopharma — in business development

      Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and revenue generation in a science-driven business

      Deep understanding of the proteomics, genomics, or clinical diagnostics market landscape

      Experience working in or with international organizations — familiar with global biopharma and research procurement

      Exceptional stakeholder management: ability to engage scientists, clinicians, and external partners
