Description

Senior investment professional to lead credit analysis, underwriting, execution and portfolio management of infrastructure debt investments across Asia, based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Originate and assess infrastructure debt opportunities (project finance, corporate, mezzanine).

Lead credit underwriting, financial & covenant analysis, and risk assessment.

Structure transactions, negotiate terms with sponsors/lenders, and manage syndication.

Coordinate due diligence (legal, technical, tax) and prepare investment papers for the committee.

Monitor portfolio performance, manage covenants/defaults, and drive refinancing/value‑creation initiatives.

Mentor junior staff and collaborate with investor relations and finance teams.

Requirements

6+ years in infrastructure/project finance, private credit or bank loan origination; strong credit modelling experience.

Proven track record underwriting and executing debt transactions in infrastructure.

Excellent financial modelling, commercial judgment and negotiation skills.

Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or CFA preferred.

Based in Singapore; willing to travel regionally. English required; additional regional languages a plus
