Hays are excited to collaborate with one of the largest capital market firms in Saudi Arabia to assist them in hiring a VP of Advisory as they are setting up a new Advisory function within the firm.

If you are an investment / asset management professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience looking to shift to a senior advisory role, then this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement tailored portfolio strategies that balance risk, return, and diversification across multiple alternative asset classes.
• Serve as a dependable advisor to institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, offering tailored guidance on alternative investment opportunities.
• Be updated on the latest trends in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure.
• Oversee portfolio risks and advise best practice mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in an investment/asset management role with experience of alternative investments.
• Bachelor's Degree is a must. MBA / CFA / PhD is heavily preferred.
• Experience and thorough knowledge of the Saudi market
• Technically strong in developing Investment Business Strategies (IBS) for external clients, including designing tailored portfolio solutions, optimising allocations, and delivering actionable advisory insights.
• Fluent in English and Arabic

You will take the lead on establishing the Investment Advisory department from scratch with support from an experienced team of professionals.
