Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Real Estate Asset Management and Acquisitions. You have found the right team.As a Real Estate Europe (REE) Lead Professional within our India Asset Management and Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a mature REE team based in Bengaluru, ensuring alignment with global and local business priorities.
 - Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and team motivation.
 - Oversee asset management, acquisitions, and information management activities for REE funds.
 - Collaborate with asset managers to prepare annual business plans and quarterly asset reports.
 - Review external property appraisals and provide feedback on their accuracy and reasonableness.
 - Prepare presentations for funds, investors, and lenders to support business objectives.
 - Analyze real estate documentation and develop detailed cash flow models using Excel and Argus/Argus Enterprise.
 - Draft investment committee memos and presentations for assets considered for acquisition.
 - Conduct disposal analysis and prepare memos for assets undergoing the sale process.
 - Drive automation and efficiency projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
 - Manage quarterly valuation models, approve annual operating and capital budgets, and oversee reforecast models for asset management activities.
 
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate sector with minimum 3 years of team management experience
 - Strong understanding of real estate valuation and financial modeling concepts.
 - Deep knowledge of global/European real estate markets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 - Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven leadership in high-performance teams.
 - Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and analytical skills.
 - Well-developed written and quantitative analytical skills.
 - Ability to work under high-pressure situations and drive team results.
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Exposure to any European language (German, French, or Italian) is a plus.
 - Experience with Argus/Argus Enterprise is an advantage.
 - MBA preferred.
 - CFA is a plus.
