Job Description
- Lead the Corporate Finance team to originate and execute complex financing transactions.
- Focus on structured and bespoke financing solutions including leveraged financing, acquisition financing, special situations, and event-driven financing.
- Originate and secure mandates from new-to-bank clients.
- Conduct marketing visits with Team Leader and/or Head of Department.
- Work closely with Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking teams to deliver strong product value propositions.
- Negotiate structure and pricing of funding with clients.
- Prepare term sheets and credit proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Liaise with solicitors and external advisors to facilitate documentation and execution.
- Ensure timely drawdown of facilities and collection of fees.
- Act as checker for KRCSA and KORI reports to ensure governance and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and institutional investors.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Proven track record in originating and executing complex financing transactions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
