Description
Position OverviewThe Amazon B2B Payment & Lending team provides payment services including various payment methods to customers using Amazon Business. This position, as a Senior Program Manager, is responsible for defining and executing the Go-to-Market strategy for payment method centered on Pay By Invoice (PBI), while driving continuous improvement of customer experience.
You will identify improvement opportunities from customer feedback and lead initiatives from strategy to execution in collaboration with various stakeholders both domestically and internationally (Product, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Financial Operations, etc.). Additionally, you will lead feature launches by working with product teams to define requirements needed for Australian customers and coordinating with various internal departments.

You will have opportunities to work closely with stakeholders overseas (US, EU, JP, etc.) as well as various departments in Australia, and lead global projects. This is a position where you can demonstrate your ability to influence stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and deliver projects and resolve issues.
Key job responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
• \tDefine the Go-to-Market strategy and roadmap for business customers in Australia, and drive customer adoption of payment services centered on our flagship product "Pay By Invoice"
• \tWork with partner teams to influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver against the GTM strategy for Voice of Customer (VoC) Program
• \tBe the advocate for our customers and lead team to set up VoC and research mechanism/program to enable us to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, drive engagement and increase GTM effectiveness
• \tCollect customer feedback, identify areas requiring service improvements, and propose and execute improvement initiatives
Product Improvement and Launch Management
• \tDefine feature improvement roadmap. Manage the backlog of feature requests and determine prioritization and trade-offs to achieve alignment across various departments
• \tLead feature launches by working with product owners to confirm requirements needed and leading projects together with relevant stakeholders
• \tIdentify root causes of service issues and work with Product Managers and Engineers to resolve them. Build new processes to prevent similar issues
Metrics Management and Reporting
• \tOwn key adoption metrics, inclusive of reporting, driving progress against goals and representing the business in regular business reviews
• \tRegularly report project / program progress to leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Advance English written and communication abilities, including experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- MBA
- Japanese: Intermediate (able to attend internal meetings, negotiate internally)
- 3+ years of payment industry experience
- Working experience in B-to-B products or business
