This system-wide leadership role will guide the strategic growth and integration of PM&R services across a highly coordinated health system serving eight hospitals and a 12-county region in Western and Central New York.

This opportunity offers:
System-Level Influence
Lead the development of PM&R across an integrated health system serving a broad geographic region, with direct collaboration across other Neurosciences disciplines, Orthopedics programs, and ancillary rehabilitation services.
Major Capital Investment in Ambulatory Neuroscience and Musculoskeletal Centers
Multiple new destination campuses and ambulatory centers are being developed through 2027, expanding procedural capacity, therapy services, and integrated specialty care.
A Strong Inpatient Rehabilitation Platform
The PM&R service line is anchored by a nationally recognized, CARF accredited, inpatient rehabilitation program that provides a strong clinical and academic foundation.

The Division Head will help define the future structure of outpatient pain management and procedural PM&R across a rapidly growing ambulatory network.
Academic Engagement and Residency Training
The division supports a growing ACGME accredited residency program, offering opportunities for faculty development, research collaboration, and training innovation.

The key ambulatory sites collectively support a regional network for non-operative musculoskeletal care, neurologic rehabilitation, and interventional pain management.
Continued Investment and Growth
RRH continues to invest heavily in ambulatory Neuroscience and Musculoskeletal infrastructure.
These investments reflect a long-term strategy to expand access, enhance multidisciplinary care offerings to our patients in the Region, and grow procedural PM&R services across the region.
