The purpose of your role as a Senior Treasury Analyst
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing liquidity, optimizing working capital, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls. This position combines operational excellence with strategic impact. It supports corporate initiatives, risk mitigation, and technology enhancements to drive efficiency and financial stability.
Cash & Liquidity Management:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital in alignment with corporate objectives
Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and ensure adequate funding for operations
Forecast cash requirements and provide actionable insights to leadership
Manage investment of excess cash in accordance with corporate investment policies and liquidity needs
Banking Structure:
Maintain and enhance global banking structure, including account hierarchy, signatories, user entitlements, and access controls
Coordinate with stakeholders and banking partners to open, close, maintain accounts, ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) & regulatory requirements
Evaluate and recommend banking solutions to support operations, financing, and bonding needs
Work as liaison between internal departments and external banking partners
Monitor banking fees and service levels, driving cost efficiency and value
Debt and Capital Management:
Support capital deployment and debt strategies to align with corporate growth objectives
Assist in administration of corporate and shareholder debt, letters of credit, and bonding programs
Monitor compliance with debt covenants and prepare payment schedules
Collaborate with accounting with accruals and financial reporting related to debt and capital
Treasury Operations and Systems
Execute banking transactions within established controls
Administer cash management and banking platforms, ensuring security and efficiency
Identify opportunities for automation and support implementation of new treasury technologies
Document policies and SOPs, driving continuous improvement across treasury and adjacent processes
Risk Management and Controls
Monitor and mitigate financial risks
Ensure compliance with related policies, internal controls, and fraud-prevention controls (e.g., dual approvals, callback procedures, payee validation)
Supports insurance renewals and workers comp reporting
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and deliver reporting for leadership, operations, stakeholders, audit, and banking partners
Provide analysis to support strategic decisions, bank covenant compliance and ad hoc requests
Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools to enhance reporting quality and insights
What we're looking for in you
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related required. MBA preferred.
4 - 6+ years of experience in treasury, finance or accounting, including cash forecasting and banking relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting practices
Experience and understanding of project accounting
Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, and risk management practices.
Advanced computer skills in Excel (including modeling and pivot tables) and proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Pay Range: $86,681 - $130,022 per year
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
