As a Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent for Behavioral Health Clinician, Nurses, and entry-level positions. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, colleges, and the workforce to ensure our workforce is aligned with the organization’s goals and values. This position will focus on recruitment & talent acquisition, agency compliance, training and development, and employee relations. This position requires a blend of hands-on recruiting expertise and strategic planning.
All applicants must undergo pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, a TB test, and background checks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, workforce, colleges, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct thorough job requisitions, screenings, onboarding, orientation, interviews, and assessments to identify candidates with the skills, experience, and values that align with our organizational needs and values.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet current and future staffing needs.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, credentials, job descriptions, and team dynamics.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and foster a positive organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, particularly related to behavioral health staffing requirements, but encompassing all components of CTP.
Lead salary and benefits discussions, making competitive offers to candidates while upholding company standards and budget parameters.
Guide career development, training opportunities, and promote continuous learning to the teams.
Coordinate and schedule internal training initiatives, including compliance training, skill-building sessions, and leadership development.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including processing new hire paperwork, conducting background checks, and scheduling orientations.
Conduct and continually improve new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of organizational values, mission, and expectations.
Oversee and assist with Employee relations by serving as the CTP point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Promote a positive, respectful workplace culture aligned with 501 (c) (3) nonprofit values.
Assists with payroll & benefit review and administration. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and troubleshooting issues related to health, dental, vision, life, and other insurance programs. Act as liaison between staff and benefits providers. Support annual open enrollment and maintain benefits documentation.
Assist the Human Resources Department with various additional tasks as needed.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred
Proficiency in social recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and other recruitment tools.
Five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments. Including interviewing, applicant screening, and onboarding.
Two years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, including employee relations, training, benefits, and compliance.
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess hiring needs, navigate complex issues, and implement practical and creative solutions.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated technical and business writing skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally with candidates, colleges, and workforce partners
Ability and willingness to do public speaking, hands-on training, and training development.
Become certified as a CPR Instructor within 3 months of being hired.
Become certified as a De-escalation trainer within 3 months of being hired.
Valid driver's license and insurability. Position requires reliable transportation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and drive.
Must be able to perform CPR/ First Aid Training and meet physical demands.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role involves working in an office setting, with a minimum of 20% of the time spent traveling to other CTP locations, colleges, and job fairs, as needed.
