Description
Key Responsibilities:- Originate, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the region.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
- Structure and negotiate investment terms, including credit and equity components.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5-8 years in real estate investments, private equity, or investment banking.
- Preferred Exposure: UAE and Saudi markets (not mandatory).
- Strong background in real estate credit, residential housing, and retail malls.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
