Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

• Support the full investment cycle, including origination, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
• Conduct detailed industry and market research, benchmarking target companies within the GCC.
• Prepare investment materials, including teasers, CIMs, investment memos, and IM for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work alongside founding partners to develop and monitor post-investment value creation plans across the portfolio.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, financial tracking, and performance analysis.
• Engage with management teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, capable of breaking down sectors and companies with precision.
• Effective communication, able to craft compelling investment documentation and present insights clearly.
• Ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with senior leadership.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; an MBA or CFA is desirable.
• Familiarity with regulatory and business environments across the GCC.
