BRG is seeking a Senior AI Lead to support and lead the firm's Data & AI Infrastructure & Product initiatives, driving the development and deployment of foundational technologies that enable enterprise-wide AI adoption. This senior consulting staff role will oversee the buildout of a horizontal data and AI platform layer that supports all client- and market-facing activities, while shaping the firm's long-term AI strategy in partnership with executive leadership.

The Senior AI Lead will lead a multidisciplinary technical team focused on identifying and integrating strategic AI partnerships, deploying enterprise AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot), and establishing scalable infrastructure for data management, model governance, and responsible AI operations. This position will play a central role in embedding AI capabilities across practices, empowering BRG teams to deliver data-driven insights and next-generation client solutions. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute BRG's firmwide technical strategy for Data & AI Infrastructure in partnership with the AI & Technology leadership.
• Lead the design and deployment of a scalable, secure, and compliant data and AI platform that serves as the backbone for all internal and client-facing AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for AI tooling, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise enablement.

AI Enablement & Partnership Development

• Identify, evaluate, and establish key technology partnerships with leading AI vendors and cloud providers to accelerate innovation and delivery.
• Oversee enterprise deployment and adoption of AI desktop tooling, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI productivity platforms.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to drive AI literacy, adoption, and responsible use across practices.

Technical Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team spanning data engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, and AI product development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the Data & AI function.
• Partner with practice leaders to identify talent needs and expand the firm's AI engineering and data capabilities.

Operational Excellence

• Establish and govern standards for data quality, model lifecycle management, and AI compliance in alignment with firm and client requirements.
• Oversee the integration of AI and data services into client delivery processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead technology evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance internal productivity and client impact.

Thought Leadership & Growth

• Represent BRG's Data & AI capabilities externally through strategic partnerships, industry forums, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to the firm's innovation strategy by identifying emerging AI trends, tools, and approaches that can differentiate BRG in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years focused on AI infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise AI enablement.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and cross-functional teams within professional services or enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in developing technical strategy, managing partnerships with major technology vendors, and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical execution to business strategy.

Salary Range: 100,000 - 230,000 per year
