Job Summary:

This is an opportunity to join the Measurement Solutions and Systems business unit where our technologies and solutions deliver superior Flow measurement and Analytical expertise while providing customers with confidence and insight as they need to continuously improve safety and efficiency in the most critical process applications. This position is required for Emerson Dubai, UAE office as part of MSS Middle East & Africa organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Complete responsibility of the Project Management including overall management and all technical and commercial matters of the project Provide the administrative support to Project team
• Working with Sales team to book the project in the systems by attending IKOM and Reviewing the Commercial Contract, Costing Sheet, Credit Check and Agreed Payments terms.
• Liaison with customers and / or LBP (Local Business Partners) on both technical and commercial matters.
• Direct management of multi-disciplined project team in COE in Pune as well as teams located different parts of the world.
• Project Costing, budget monitoring and reporting.
• Sales Forecasting and monthly monitoring of the sales.
• Appraisal, finalization and managing of sub-contractors and sub-vendors.
• Review and approval of datasheets, other Engg documents and specifications..
• Hands on experience in preparation of project documents; Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) Functional Design Specification (FDS), Factory Acceptance Test Procedure (FAT) and IOM manuals are considered as added advantage.
• Planning and preparation of project schedule for the implementation of projects, review of project progress and implementation of necessary corrective actions for the achievement of targeted progress and project progress reporting.
• Planning, assistance and coordination for Customer / TPI inspections as per agreed ITP.
• Assistance to commissioning engineer during the pre-commissioning activities
• Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.

• PC literate with MS Office, MS Project and Business IT systems

For this Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• MBA or PMP Certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Extensive working experience on Metering Systems, Bidi and Compact Provers, Gas and Liquid Analysers with sampling systems, Gas Chromatographs with sample handling systems.
• Familiar with Meteorology requirements of Major end users in MEA.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management
