- Build relationships with strategic semiconductor customer management/engineering
- Lead customer escalations and communicate containment and improvement plans with all levels of customer management and engineering
- Work with Sustaining Engineering and Product Support groups for technical issue resolution
- Develop reliability improvement plans for customer sites and platforms.
- Work directly with Factory and Suppliers to drive RCCA
- Translate Voice Of the Customer, into prioritized requirements.
- Frequent travel to semiconductor customer sites and Teradyne field offices
- Demonstrated analytical skills and capacity for developing and understanding strategy.

- BSEE or equivalent technical degree [Computer Science, Physics, etc] or field/practical experience - MBA (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of direct customer support experience, in semiconductor/ATE industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor equipment, subsystems and support
- Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, including Field/Sales Support organizations, spanning all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
