Vice President - Private EquityLocation: Carolinas

Position Overview:
The Vice President plays a critical leadership role within the firm's investment team, driving deal execution, portfolio management, and strategic value creation across a diverse set of industrial sectors. This individual is responsible for leading transaction processes, managing junior team members, and working closely with portfolio company management to accelerate growth and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deal execution including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry executives, intermediaries, and advisors to support proprietary deal flow.
- Oversee and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and professional development.
- Collaborate with operating partners and portfolio company leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational improvements, and monitor performance.
- Prepare and present investment memoranda and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and macroeconomic developments relevant to the firm's investment focus.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a strong track record in industrials, manufacturing, infrastructure, or energy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including advanced modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
