Description

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company growth initiatives. This individual will work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, contributing to all aspects of the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
• Support deal execution, including coordinating third-party advisors and managing transaction processes.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic initiatives, including add-on acquisitions and operational improvements.
• Develop industry insights and maintain relationships with intermediaries, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members, including Analysts and Associates.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
