Job Summary:

We are seeking a Private Credit Associate with 3-6 years of experience to assist in evaluating, structuring, and monitoring private credit investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence and credit analysis on potential investments.
• Assist in structuring debt instruments and managing ongoing investments.
• Prepare investment memos and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or credit risk.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
