Personal Health Canada Activation Sr. Manager (Mississauga, ON)
The Personal Health Canada Activation Sr. Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end marketing communication projects across global or local categories. This role drives the process from defining marketing objectives through insight development, concept creation, and briefing for content production, ensuring consistent brand voice and effective multi‑channel communication within budget.
Your role:
- Lead the development of the local 24‑month marketing plan by orchestrating audience‑focused strategies aligned with market priorities, sales goals, and the portfolio across clusters.
- Adapt global category engagement strategies to local insights, shaping localized consumer journeys, engagement channel direction, and integrated campaign plans for market activation.
- Execute and oversee end‑to‑end activation across all engagement channels, partnering closely with Category Marketing Management, Insights & Analytics, media, operations, and regional teams.
- Manage A&P investment effectiveness by maintaining oversight of spend, guiding ROI tracking, and ensuring optimized performance across campaigns and communication plans.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and communication standards across content and campaigns, guiding asset development, partnering with agencies, and coaching team members to elevate marketing excellence.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing communications (consumer or health tech preferred), including leading teams to plan, localize, and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns with measurable impact; proven success adapting global strategies to local market dynamics and managing A&P budgets with ROI accountability
- Your skills include integrated campaign planning and activation; engagement channel strategy (omni‑channel, CRM, app, web, shopper); persona and journey design informed by Insights & Analytics; content briefing and transcreation; KPI/ROI measurement and A/B testing; and cross‑functional collaboration with CMM, media/ops, regional teams, and agencies. Bonus: experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Braze, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau/Power BI.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus. Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, IAB, PMP) are advantageous.
- Five plus years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain.
- You're an influential, data‑driven communicator who operates with limited supervision, exercises sound judgment, maintains brand voice and tone consistency, builds strong internal/external partnerships, coaches talent, and thrives in a hybrid, cross‑cluster environment; committed to compliance and timely completion of required trainings (e.g., Cornerstone/TEDs/Totara).
- You're an influential, data‑driven communicator who operates with limited supervision, exercises sound judgment, maintains brand voice and tone consistency, builds strong internal/external partnerships, coaches talent, and thrives in a hybrid, cross‑cluster environment; committed to compliance and timely completion of required trainings (e.g., Cornerstone/TEDs/Totara).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga, ON.
