Description
Key Responsibilities- Partner with portfolio company leadership to enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Strengthen accounting processes, reporting accuracy, cash flow management, and internal controls
- Develop and monitor operating metrics tied to revenue growth, margin expansion, efficiency, and capital allocation
- Support acquisition activity including financial evaluation, integration planning, and post‑close execution
- Provide hands‑on finance leadership during periods of transition, accelerated growth, or executive change
- Assist with investment evaluation by assessing financial structures, processes, and scalability risks
- Establish repeatable financial frameworks, reporting standards, and analytical tools across portfolio companies
- Collaborate with Boards and executive teams to align operational execution with strategic objectives
Qualifications
- 12-18+ years of experience in senior finance, operating, or advisory roles within technology, software, or tech‑enabled services businesses
- Prior experience as a CFO, senior finance leader, or operating partner in private‑equity‑backed environments strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- Proven ability to operate hands‑on while maintaining a strategic, portfolio‑wide perspective
- Experience working with complex ownership structures and high‑growth businesses
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to partner with leadership teams
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments requiring sound judgment and adaptability
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
