Requirements:

• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules, with Workday HCM/Benefits certification preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (advanced degree preferred).
• Workday Benefits Expertise:
  • Hands-on configuration and administration of the Benefits module.
  • Led multiple Open Enrollment cycles and supported life events.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with ACA compliance, HIPAA considerations, and COBRA administration.
• Workday HCM Functional Knowledge:
  • Core HCM and Benefits plus hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Payroll (U.S. / Canada).
• Technical/Analytical Skills:
  • Report creation, data extraction, and validation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Understanding of Workday security roles and permissions.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Workday and external benefits providers or payroll systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability for incidents, service requests, and configuration changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Ability to assess Workday updates, adopt new features, and document solutions using ticketing systems.

The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000- $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $143,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
