Job Title:Global Markets Execution Desk Lead - Private Banking

Job Summary:

We are helping our client to hire a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the Global Markets Execution Desk serving the Private Banking division. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing execution across asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives) for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients globally. The role involves strong leadership, risk management, client focus, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class trade execution and market access.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead a regional execution team servicing private banking clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for trade execution aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the desk operates in a client-centric, compliant, and efficient manner.
  • Product Pricing, Execution & Market Access
  • Oversee trade execution across asset classes, ensuring best execution and pricing.
  • Maintain and build relationships with counterparties, liquidity providers, and venues.
  • Client Coverage & Solutions
  • Partner with relationship managers, investment counsellors, and product teams to deliver execution services and trade ideas tailored to client needs.
  • Support complex or high-value client transactions, including structured products, bespoke orders, and block trades.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure the desk adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Team Management
  • Manage and mentor execution traders across in local and regional offices.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong focus on integrity, control, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • More than 15- 20 years of experience in markets trading or execution, preferably with private banking or institutional background.
  • Deep knowledge of financial instruments, execution strategies, liquidity dynamics, and market structure.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
