Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Reports To: Head of Finance / CFO

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A Manager. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and present monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business case evaluations.
• Partner with business units to provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in reporting automation, planning tools, and financial processes.
• Support long-range planning and contribute to strategic financial decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts within the FP&A team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
